光电编码器技术
从名字我们能知道,光电编码器是通过光线来检测位置信号的。一个光电编码器主要包含四种原件:
光源(通常为LED)
传感器
可旋转的码盘
遮光掩码盘
在与被测轴同心的码盘上刻制了按一定编码规则形成的遮光和透光的轨道。码盘的一边是发光LED,另一边则是接收光线的传感器。码盘随着被测轴的转动使得透过码盘的光束产生间断,通过光电器件的接收和电路的处理,产生电信号的输出,再经过数字处理可计算出位置和速度信息。
在光电编码器中每个传感器用于一路信号的检测。一条码道可以配合两个传感器进行检测,这两个传感器检测出来的信号会有一定的相位偏差。从这组带相位差的信号我们可以得到更多的信息比如旋转方向。如果我们需要零位信号用于脉冲计数的校正,通常码盘上还会有另一条轨道用于产生零位信号。
