详细介绍: LM7808的最大允许电流不同厂家的产品是不一样的,CONTEX的是1A,NS和FS的是1.5A,超过此值就会自动进入限流保护状态,但是实际耗散功率并不单取决于输出电流,它是输出电流和输入输出电压差的乘积。如果输入输出之间的电压差只有3V,那么即使电流较大也不需要加散热片,如果输入输出电压是20V,即使输入电流只有0.5A,实际耗散功率也将达到10W,会严重发热。LM7805实际允许的耗散功率取决于很多因素,以NS的产品为例,其计算公式如下——
