Mix proportion	Flocking paste + Fixing agent 3%
Printing process	1. Mixing flocking paste  with curing agent and stirring them evenly. 2. Printing for 3 times (3-4 scrapes per time), leave it wet for the last time. 3. Plant the flocking into the paste by static machine before the paste is dry. 4. Dry in room temperature or baking it for 1-3 minutes with  120-150℃to dry it fast. 5. Cleaning the redundant flocking. 6. Finish.

工艺流程	1. 丝网选用80-100目，用丝印硬方刀75度刮印2-3次，最后一次轻刮留浆 2. 在浆层未干之前静电植绒 3. 24-48小时自然干燥，或150度烘烤1-3分钟并吸去多余绒毛
