The TM-9701’s interline transfer progressive scan CCD permits high speed dynamic image capture with full vertical and horizontal frame resolution. A fully electronic asynchronous shutter capability allows image capture upon external command. Electronic shutter speeds as fast as 1/16,000 sec. can be selected, and the shutter can be asynchronously reset via an external pulse. An internal A/D and scan converter offers the versatility of RS-170 analog interlace output which may be displayed on a standard monitor, in addition to RS-422 digital progressive scan output.
The internal frame store holds the captured image for read-out to a frame grabber or host processor. This allows the TM-9701 to interface with a wide range of frame grabbers, while assuring that the captured images are transferred successfully.
The TM-9701 is a natural choice for applications in machine vision and automated inspection, intelligent transportation systems, aerospace, medical and scientific imaging, bar code reading, optical character recognition, and document processing.

The RM-2040GE is a compact, high-resolution (2 Megapixels) monochrome progressive scan CCD camera with a dual-tap front-end, automatic channel balancing, GigE Vision digital output, and a high frame rate of 34 fps at 1600 x 1200 resolution. A single-tap mode at 17 fps is user selectable. The RM-2040GE features the Kodak KAI-2020 1" CCD imager for high image quality and sensitivity.
The RM-2040GE delivers an outstanding signal-to-noise ratio of >58 dB in typical operation. A high performance front-end provides 12-bit linear output, or can be set to generate 10-bit/8-bit images modifiable by a patent-pending, built-in look-up table (LUT). Other features include image center partial scanning (600, 300, or 150 lines), user-definable variable partial scanning (any number of lines with any starting point), flexible 2X binning (horizontal, vertical, or both), defective pixel compensation, and a PIV mode.
The RM-2040GE is supported by JAI's easy-to-use SDK and Control Tool software, offering straightforward setup and full GigE Vision and GenICam compliance. The camera also integrates smoothly with a variety of third-party GigE Vision software libraries and development tools.
An optional configuration is available for customers requiring backwards compatibility with Pleora's iPORT GigE firmware engine. Click here to access software and documentation for this option.

TM-6710 / RM-6710
-
1/2” progressive scan interline transfer CCD imager
-
648(H) x 484(V)
-
120/60 Hz selectable frame rate
-
Up to 300 fps in partial scan modes
-
Full frame shutter, 1/60 to 1/32,000 sec.
-
Asynchronous reset with external shutter control
|
The TM-6710 is a high resolution monochrome camera with non-interlaced quad-speed scanning (120 fps) and partial scanning capabilities of 200 and 100 lines. Since the quad-speed mode is standard, images can be displayed on a multi-sync monitor.
The camera incorporates the KAI-0330D sensor to produce an analog progressive scan signal (484 lines), while the output is RS-644/LVDS. The full frame electronic shutter with asynchronous reset permits shutter speeds to 1/32,000 sec. The shutter function works in all scanning modes. The camera features 9.0 μm square pixels, providing excellent image definition in all orientations.
Customers can also use the analog output capabilities of the TM-6710 while controlling the camera via RS-232C serial commands. For more information on the specific features of the LVDS model, including shutter control and back panel connections, please use the link at the right side of this page to download the TM-6710 Series manual, which includes both the LVDS and Camera Link models.
Optional features include AGC enable, internal IR cut filter, gamma adjust to 0.45, and remote imagers.
