名称:S201紫铜焊丝
标准:GB/T9460 SCu1898 AWS A5.7 ERCu
成分:Cu≥98.0%;Sn≤1.0%;Si≤0.5%;Mn≤0.5%;P≤0.15%;Pb≤0.02%;Al≤0.01%。
说明:S201熔点为1020-1050℃,含有少量锡、硅、锰、磷等脱氧元素的特制紫铜焊丝,硅、锰、磷主要是作为脱氧剂加入,而锡加入则改善了铜的流动性。具有焊接工艺性能优良,焊缝成型美观、机械性能高以及抗裂性好等特点。
用途:适用于紫铜的焊接,如钢坯连铸结晶器、炼钢厂电极夹具、导电辊、导电板、加热元件、铜容器、铜雕塑等。
斯米克钎焊料分别有:(铜锌钎焊料) ,(铜磷银基钎焊料),(铝基钎焊料),(锡铅钎焊料),(镍基钎焊料).简介如下:
HAG-30B银焊料,该型号相当于美标AWS BAg-20,国标BAg30CuZn ,含银30%,是银、铜、锌合金,熔点稍高,接头有较好韧性,可钎焊铜、铜合金、钢等材料。熔点677-766摄氏度。
HAG-35B银焊条该型号相当于美标AWS BAg-35,含银35%,是银、铜、锌合金,中等熔化温度,接头有较好韧性,可钎焊铜、铜合金、钢等材料。熔点621-732摄氏度。
HAG-45B银焊条,该型号相当于美标AWS BAg-36,含银45%,是银、铜、锌、锡合金,无镉、性能同45B但熔化温度比45B低。熔点645-680摄氏度。
HAG-50B银焊条,该型号相当于美标AWS BAg-24,含银50%,是银、铜、锌、镍合金,无镉,用于不锈钢钎焊,提高抗缝隙腐蚀能力。熔点660-707摄氏度。
