在过去的两年多中，雷诺集团订购了45台勇克磨床，其中绝大多数都在法国投产，用于雷诺集团 最前沿技术的项目中，如混动车项目（Locobox）或样机生产项目。雷诺视勇克为其实现更高更强发展道路上的重要伙伴。本次项目的成功将双方的友好合作升华至更高的境界。
当今全球热议汽车驱动方式的转变，而新能源车销量增长迅猛。在此背景下，混动车项目，即Locobox，对雷诺而言，其重要性与日俱增。混动变速器是连接内燃机和电驱动系统的关键，并且，将来雷诺集团多数车辆上都将搭载混动变速器，因而其成为雷诺混动车项目的重中之重。雷诺认为，使用混动变速器极大的提高了汽车驱动效率，源于两个驱动系统得以同时运作，且可运用汽车再生制动系统。

雷诺克里昂工厂（近鲁昂市）以及STA工厂（近里尔市）负责生产混动变速器，也是勇克QUICKPOINT 3000 和 JUMAT 3000 圆磨床的所在地。QUICKPOINT 和 JUMAT 磨床在传动轴生产线上运行，磨削混动变速器项目的三种不同的工件，通过整线外部上下料系统经由机床顶部上下料。
节拍紧凑，换型迅捷

雷诺对节拍和换型时间有严格的要求。磨削部技术主管 Olivier Gantier 先生评论道：“我们以极少的操作工实现高产量。一个工人需负责10台机床。因此我们必须在尽短的时间内完成换型。举例来说，手动换砂轮之类操作，我们根本不予考虑。”
勇克磨床在如此严苛的要求下依然表现出色。正如 Olivier Gantier 先生说道：“勇克磨床生产节拍紧凑，换型迅捷。它们产出的质量和精度正是我们所要求的。不仅如此，它们兼具巨大的柔性化生产能力 – 我们可以用其生产三种不同的工件而无需换型。”质量就是硬道理，雷诺信服勇克技术。此外，勇克在磨削领域半个多世纪的经验学识，可靠的交付实力以及强劲的技术支持同样是雷诺选择勇克的加分项。

雷诺集团样机生产项目

样机生产项目由雷诺在法国的主要生产基地克里昂工厂执行。此项目中，雷诺选择了ZEMA NUMERIKA G 1500 Plus 和 JUCRANK 6S 10-10 组合方案。这两台机床为全球批量生产提供参考数据。加工数据也是雷诺集团其它生产基地的工艺基础。这意味着勇克机床为整个雷诺集团的相关生产树立了标杆。ZEMA NUMERIKA 系列圆磨床使用刚玉砂轮，通过一次装夹完成曲轴法兰端和小头端的磨削。JUCRANK 系列非圆磨床使用 CBN 砂轮，同样仅需一次装夹即可完成曲轴主轴颈和连杆轴颈的磨削。
